Shipping Policies

Please note: If no one is home to sign for the package, in some cases the mail carrier will leave it at the door or your apartment community office. The carrier will not leave packages if the driver feels uncomfortable or it is an apartment building.
***We are not responsible for any packages that are delivered to recipients that are out of town, have moved, or if any part of the name or address is incorrect or missing. Please double check addresses.
***Unfortunately, We are not able to give refunds or credits for orders that are delayed in transit by our shipping carrier. We are sure you understand that once your package leaves our hands and is handed to our carrier, we are no longer held liable for any delays in transit or delays due to weather conditions ("acts of god"), or any other conditions beyond our carrier's control.
***Please try to ship to an address where someone is home to accept delivery. If you suspect that the recipient will not be at home at the time of delivery, or if you feel uncomfortable having a package delivered without you being present please let us know! We receive tracking for all packages and will email tracking information to you. If USPS states your product has been "delivered", & the address is correct and you still have not received it, please contact us within 24 hours so we may trace the package(s).
***We are experts at shipping our products and have an extremely low rate of damages. However, occasionally it does occur. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours) and we will arrange to replace the damaged product, if possible, or issue a refund. Photos may be required for damage claims.
***USPS delivers Monday through Saturday and not on Sundays. All packages are shipped USPS priority. Once your package is shipped it should take 48-72 hours for you to receive it.
