Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and there’s nothing like a good banana muffin. Recently Sterling asked me if I knew how to make Banana Muffins. What kind of question is that? Have you seen the deliciousness on this website? Of course, I can make them. The rich flavors of bananas inside of a decadent muffin are delicious. Here is a simple one bowl banana muffin recipe. It’s not only yummy but very easy to make.


1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

4 very ripe bananas, mashed

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 egg

1/3 cup butter, melted

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Let’s Bake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In the bowl of your electric mixer, pour all of your ingredients in. Mix until combined. Spray a muffin pan with non-stick spray or cupcake liners. Fill each muffin cavity about halfway full with the banana muffin batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until you are able to insert a toothpick inside that comes out clean.
