It’s no secret that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. While we are sleeping our body is using up all the nutrients that we gained by way of the foods we ate that day. 1 Cup Almond Milk
3/4 Frozen Mangoes
3/4 Frozen Pineapple
1 Cup Stemmed Spinach
Combine: Almond Milk, Frozen Mangoes, Frozen Pineapple, Avocado, and Spinach. Blend until smooth for about 2 minutes. Add more Almond Milk if you so desire to get the consistency that you like. Pour it in a to go tumbler with a straw and drink yourself happy!
