Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and I admit that I haven’t been eating breakfast like I should. When you’re busy and on the go, sometimes you forget to eat breakfast. With this delicious recipe you won’t have to skip it anymore it can be made in batches. I made four servings in 8 ounce mason jars and they will last for up to 4 days. Imagine grabbing breakfast and going on about your day. This is one you are going to love.


3/4 cup Chia Seeds

2 Tablespoons Organic Maple Syrup

1 1/2 cups Coconut Milk

1/4 cup of Cocoa

1/2 teaspoon Vanilla

Favorite Sliced Fruit

Let’s Cook!

In a large bowl combine: chia seeds, maple syrup, coconut milk, cocoa, and vanilla. Whisk until combined. Once mixed cover and place in the fridge for 3 hours. I prefer to do it overnight. The chia seeds will swell and become like a pudding texture. Serve in bowls and top with your favorite sliced fruits. That was easy. Enjoy!
