Cookbook Review: The Seasoned Life by Ayesha Curry

Are you tired of cooking the same meals over and over again?  I was definitely tired, but that's expected from working women, moms, etc. It wasn't until I started being a stay at home mom when I discovered my love for not only food, but cooking it!  Eventually I went back to work and wanted to keep the "spice" in the kitchen.  So, I started collecting recipes and/or cookbooks.
The Seasoned Life by Ayesha Curry is definitely in my top 3 cookbooks.  I just love her period. Beautiful, great mother, and can cook I was motivated! When I found out she was having a meet and great I had to go!  My fiancé surprised me and it was the best 2 hour long wait ever to meet Ayesha, talk to her, and get my book signed.  My life was made.
Now what you've all been waiting for, I know your wondering is it worth the hype?  Yes! I honestly feel like a real chef.  I will be the first to say, you need time to cook the recipes in her book, it's not a 1 hour and your meal is ready book.  The book is definitely easy to read and follow.  I personally love how she goes from breakfast to healthy kid meals to soul food!  Topped with desert!  I've listed  a few of my favorite recipes that I have cooked and mastered out of her book.  Seriously, get the book it'll change your life.
Spice it up! Grab the book here.
